KICKING CANCERS ASS!

April 27 Well today was lucky number 13! I had to go at it alone again! Which is super boring. The center has been super quiet also which is fine with me! We are heading to the city on thursday to meet with dr. Polite who is the doctor that we second opionied with. I am having to go in to that alone also bc of this virus. I will be meeting with him to talk about options for my liver as I have 2 - one inch size spots on it. I will keep all of you updated as I go to these appointments! Hope all of you are staying sane!!!

March 24 I decided last Wednesday that working was not a good idea. Luckily our owner decided to close our store down and then a few days later closed all of the stores because of the nonessential store closures. We have been playing board/ cards games, coloring in our adult coloring books and cleaning around the house. James colored the 2 pictures posted below and his hand is hurting now lol. They say until April 7th but who knows if it will last longer than that. James’ work shut them down a day after I was. So I am thankful that I don’t have to worry about him catching anything and bringing it back home. I am so grateful for facetime because I get to talk to my Sissy and my baby Harper.. She makes me smile everyday and is getting so big!! I think next time we see her she will be walking and I will have to knock her over bc I am not ready for that!! (Lol I wouldn’t really knock her over) The doctors had prescribed me steroids on my unhook day to see if that would help with the pain i

April 13 Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! As we are just hanging out at home staying safe!! Today I did treatment 12 and have my appointment in Chicago on the 30th. Unless they cancel it. But I haven’t heard anything and don’t want to have to wait any longer to get some answers about the liver spots. Today was very dead at the treatment center. James is still not able to go with and I had to wear a mask the whole time! My face was so hot and sweaty! Also keeping me on the steroids because that is the only thing that has helped with the pain. I tried last week to not take any on Wednesday and ended up awake at 1 am because the pain was so bad.
